I'm sure that doesn't stop it from being a GOTY, though. Well, maybe there's Insomniac's Spiderman on PS4, but I've always considered all that superhero nonsense as American counterpart of anime.
No other game allows you to do it on the same level, ease and speed and with as many tools as Sly does. This is a particularly difficult question as Sly is pretty much the ultimate 3D platformer when it comes down to the basic compenent of that genre, which is jumping around and traversing levels.
